The 2025-2026 BYB League season kiked off on November 8, 2025 with double header action starting 5 pm at MSA Gym.
The first game of the evening was a battle of two teams looking to shake off the rust as many easy layups were missed by both teams which lead to this low scoring affair. The final score gives the appearance of a tight wire to wire game but in actuality the Cobras controlled the game from the opening tip and never gave the impression that were worried about any runs the Piranhas made. Final Score 42-39
The last game of the evening featured The defending champions Mambas going agaisnt the Bulldogs. This game was a barn burner as the 3pt shot was highly favorable by both teams. Ajani Carey (32pts) and Jordan Marsh (29pts) went basket for basket as they each tried to will their teams to victory however it was Ajani Carey and his Mambas that laid the final bite into the Bulldogs defeating them 62-51
